Soroptimist’s Dream it, Be It: Career Support For Girls helps girls grow up to be strong, successful, happy adults.
Ruby Award
The Ruby Award recognizes women who, through their professional or personal efforts, are making extraordinary differences in the lives of women or girls. Honorees are women who have worked to improve the lives of other women or girls. Their work has had a significant impact and also inspires and encourages other women.
Star Awards
The STAR Awards recognize exceptional students during the very demanding junior year.
High School Scholarships
SIPA Nursing Scholarship
Soroptimist International of Port Angeles established a nursing scholarship in 2019 honoring two former members, Helen Mangan and Rose Crumb. The Dr. Al Mangan family had donated a generous bequest which the club members chose to use toward a scholarship. Rose Crumb was a valued member of the SIPA as well as an incredible asset to our community.
