Tamee Wood is the fifth recipient of the $1,000 SIPA Nursing Scholarship. The mother of two children supports her family working as a CNA through Olympic Medical Center. Upon completion of Peninsula College’s Nursing Program, she plans to continue her career as a RN in Short Stay.

Patty Hannah
Patty Hannah is a longtime volunteer in Carrie Davis’ third grade class. Selfless and devoted, she finds out the support students need and their interest in helping them. A Friends of the Library, Hannah works in the NOLS Gift Shop weekly. During COVID, she volunteered at the Port Angeles Food Bank and Volunteers in Medicine.
